Team Jesus International was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Southwest Louisiana USA.
Team Jesus International currently operates under two primary areas of ministry: a Chaplain Training Center and a Bible College & Minister Training Center.
Chaplaincy
Our Chaplain’s Academy training program was created by Dr. Michael Allen following his extensive training and work alongside Baton Rouge Police Detectives, as well as his 40-year ministerial career. This program is designed not only to train individuals to serve as chaplains, but also to equip them with the ability to develop psychological profiles of the individuals they encounter.
Dr. Allen’s course also teaches our chaplains to recognize body language, posture, shifts in behavior, and emotional reactions during conversation, allowing them to better understand a person’s unique temperament and emotional state. Finally, through the Team Jesus International Seven-Step Guidelines, our chaplains are trained to apply these skills to help individuals begin to untangle their “emotional knot” and move toward hope, clarity, and healing.
Virtual Bible College & Discipleship Training
In addition to our chaplain training, Team Jesus International operates a Virtual Bible College and Discipleship Trainer program designed to equip believers with a strong biblical foundation and practical ministry skills. These courses focus on helping students understand the Scriptures clearly, grow in their personal walk with Christ, and develop the ability to disciple and mentor others.
Through structured lessons and guided study, students are trained not only to learn the Word of God and the differences in the dispensations of Law & Grace but also to teach it faithfully, live it daily, and help others grow in their relationship with Christ. Our goal is to raise up spiritually mature believers who are prepared to serve, lead, and disciple others in their communities and ministries.
