Mission Statement
 

The Church must return to its calling. Scripture does not command the Church to wait for the world to come to us—it calls us to go into the highways and byways and reach the lost.

Today many churches struggle, and fewer people are answering the call to ministry. Yet the need for compassionate, Christ-centered outreach has never been greater. Team Jesus International was founded with the purpose of helping believers actively live out the Great Commission by serving others in the places where people live, work, and struggle.

Team Jesus International trains and equips believers to serve through peer-to-peer ministry. We believe people are often best reached by someone who understands their world—a plant worker speaking with another plant worker, an EMT supporting another first responder, a nurse encouraging a patient, or a chaplain walking beside someone in crisis.

Our training provides Christ-centered guidance, practical techniques, and the confidence needed to simply be present for others. A chaplain listens without judgment, offers prayer and encouragement, and seeks only the well-being of the person in front of them.

Through our accredited programs—ranging from Chaplain Level One through advanced chaplaincy training, as well as specialized courses in men’s ministry, women’s ministry, addiction care, and hospice chaplaincy—we are raising up individuals who are prepared to serve both their communities and the Kingdom of God.

Our mission is simple:
To equip believers to go into the highways and byways, serve others through compassionate chaplaincy, and fulfill the Great Commission by bringing hope, care, and the love of Christ to those in need.
